SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 18:00 New Zealand time are processed on the next business day. Delivery with NZ Post takes 8–12 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free across New Zealand, with no minimum order. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can return unused items with the original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at support@oliviawellington.com or use our contact form before sending anything back, and we will send you the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving and checking the return. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
